In harmony with nature our team in the kitchen managed by head chef Chris Brunner conjures up a varied, balanced breakfast buffet in the morning that guarantees you a good start to the day.
In the evening we indulge you with vitamin packed gourmet menus, which are rounded off by regional South Tyrolean quality wines. One little highlight is our hotel's own Passito. The grapes from this variety are matured above 1,300 m and you can literally taste this.
A selection of gluten-free and lactose-free dishes are also made in our kitchen, a real highlight for people who suffer from allergies, celiac sufferers and diabetics who do not want to do without culinary treats on holiday.
