Good to know: what you should know about the Hotel St. Veit

We prepare special meals for you if you have food allergies or food intolerances. Please let us know your culinary restrictions in advance.

We have a special place in our hearts for animals and look forward to welcoming your four-legged friend to our hotel. We charge a surcharge of 20.00 euros per day for your pet, excluding food.

At our wellness hotel in Sesto/Sexten, you can surf the internet free of charge using our Wi-Fi.

Children are very welcome in our hotel, which is why we offer them a special deal:

• 0 – 1.99 years: €30.00
• 2 – 5.99 years: €45.00
• 6 – 11.99 years: 50% discount
• 12 – 17,99 years: 30% discount

The prices are per person and day and for all children and adolescents who stay in the room with two full-paying guests.

The reservation is only valid after receipt of the deposit of 30% of the agreed package price.

There is a tourist tax in South Tyrol. This amounts to 3.50 euros per night and traveller from 14 years. It is important to present a valid travel document (identity card or passport) for children under 14 years of age.

Something can always happen before you start your journey. Please understand that we will charge you a one-time handling fee of 30.00 euros. For cancellations up to 1 month before the start of the holiday, there are no additional costs incurred, for cancellations 1 month up to 2 weeks before the start of the holiday, we charge you 3 nights of the agreed package price. If you cancel 2 weeks to 7 days before your planned arrival, we will charge you 70% of the total price. If you cancel your holiday during the last week before your arrival, we will charge you 90% of the total amount of your booked time off. At last, if you cancel your holiday on the last day before arrival or leave earlier, we will charge the total amount.

Life doesn’t always go according to plan. Therefore, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
